How to Place an International Order

Bueno! Books welcomes international orders via e-mail only. Payment can be made only by credit card. Please note that we cannot arrange delivery to certain countries and regions. Before attempting to place your order, please confirm whether your country is listed on the rate table "Countries served and shipping charges" below. If your country or area is not listed, we will be unable to ship your order.

Order Process (flow of e-mail exchanges)

Send an e-mail to Bueno! Books listing the items in your order as well as your name, postal mailing address, e-mail address and preferred shipping method.

You'll receive a quotation by e-mail from Bueno! Books that includes the shipping charges.

After confirming the content of the quotation, send an e-mail to Bueno! Books listing your name, postal mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, items ordered, credit card number, expiration date, and name of cardholder. Note that your email will not be encrypted, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

After the credit charge has been processed at Bueno! Books, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from Bueno! Books and your order will be shipped.

Note:

The delivery date will vary depending on the destination country, transportation method, and other circumstances.

If your credit card company does not approve your credit card charge, we will contact you by e-mail. Please note that we might have to cancel your order in this case.

Shipping Method

You can choose from the following three shipping methods.

EMS

International express mail service with insurance. Your shipment can be tracked and will usually arrive in 4 to 7 days. Maximum weight is 2 kg.

SAL mail

Economy airmail. Your shipment cannot be tracked. Your order will arrive in about 2 to 3 weeks.

Surface mail

Low cost, but takes about 3 to 5 weeks. Your shipment cannot be tracked.

The weight of each book is listed on the product pages. Please refer to the product pages when calculating the weight of your package.

Duties and Customs Clearance

• Some countries may require you to pay custom fees or import duties. Payment of these fees is your responsibility.
• Customs clearance procedures differ from country to country; please contact your local customs house for details.
• Note that the contents of your order may be inspected during customs clearance.

Returns and Cancellations

We do not accept product returns. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within three days (72 hours) of receiving your acknowledgement of credit charge approval. After that period, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Note:

Because of differences in time zones, we might not be able to accept your cancellation, even if it is sent within the 72-hour period.

We will exchange any product with missing pages or pages out of order. (In this case, we will cover shipping costs.)
